General Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Corvino are sold directly by Corvino, an Italian company, with registered office in Via Tenente Falco 406382970652.
The offer and sale of products on the Corvino website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Corvino and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
How to purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive card is displayed, with an image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Corvino may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Corvino is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Corvino.
If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Corvino may change the products offered for sale on Corvino and their relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal customer account ("register for free"). Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Corvino may be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Corvino is prohibited.
Corvino. reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Corvino will notify the customer via email of any impossibility to accept received orders.
Order Confirmation
At the conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment Methods
Corvino. accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit Cards (including prepaid, Postepay)
Corvino. accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank Transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Corvino – via email – no later than 3 working days from the order acceptance date.
We will send the ordered items upon receipt of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the order acceptance date.
The exact bank details to make the transfer will be provided via email upon completion of the online order.
Send the transfer receipt via email to Corvino, specifying in the subject: “Bank transfer receipt-order”.
Any other payment methods may be accepted solely at the discretion of Corvino. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Corvino. Ordered products remain the property of Corvino until full payment of their relative price.
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.
Shipping Methods
Information on shipping methods is provided at the time of purchase, are at the customer's expense and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs
All purchases are delivered via GLS courier. Shipments to PO boxes are not made.
Shipping costs 10.99 euros for orders up to 150 euros; for orders over 150.01 euros, shipping costs 8 euros, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the website that include free delivery.
Delivery Areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (shipments to PO boxes are not made).
