Exercise your right to return:
Pursuant to articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of product delivery, without having to provide any reason.

Other useful information for the validity of the return -
Corvino intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
Returns are automatic, but if our assistant does not receive photos of the product's pre-return condition in the attachments, they may contact you to request information about the photos. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are borne by them within 14 days of delivery, and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS (14 days)
To send one or more returns to Corvino, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:
A) - All items sold on the Corvino website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal with the Corvino logo. The garment should only be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal (perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with a string or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole) AND SALES TAGS indicating the brand model and price. Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with will under no circumstances be accepted.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way. THEY SHOULD ONLY BE WORN FOR TRY-ON!
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and boxed. THE COST OF RETURN FOR DISLIKE OR OTHER REASONS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the courier of your choice within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) - The Customer who wishes to make a size, color, or item exchange, must initiate the return procedure and contact our online shop only via WhatsApp (WhatsApp ++39 3518919711).
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, Corvino reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
B - The shipping cost will be borne by the Customer.
Ship the package to Corvino shipping office Via Tenente Falco 4. Shipping is at the Customer's risk and peril: Corvino is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delivery delays. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type thereof.
All returned items will be inspected by the Corvino staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Corvino reserves the right to evaluate any further charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.
RETURN REFUNDS:
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The due refund will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal), or bank transfer, and other payment methods used.
Return Rules
Products purchased can be returned within 14 days from the order receipt date, provided that the items are in the same condition as received: unused, with intact tags, and in their original packaging.
Refund methods
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued exclusively for the value of the returned product, net of shipping costs incurred for sending the order to the customer.
📦 Initial shipping costs (outbound) are non-refundable.
✉️ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase or specific promotions.
The refund for the order in case of return will only be for the cost of the product, net of the outbound shipping cost incurred. (example order #1180. PRODUCT: t-shirt xxxx price 150.00 + shipping 10.99 euro - in case of return, the customer will only receive a refund of 150.00 euro. IN NO CASE will the outbound shipping costs incurred be refunded).
