Shipping
Corvino ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via UPS express courier service. All goods shipped by Corvino are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Corvino will include the invoice in the package, detailing prices and applied discounts, even during sales.
FREE INSURANCE
Corvino provides free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING
All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Corvino (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Corvino offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by UPS. The customer will receive a confirmation email when the goods have been shipped, including the tracking number provided by UPS, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is estimated within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is estimated within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is estimated within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is estimated up to 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, the Customer is responsible for carefully inspecting the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local UPS office and to Corvino by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, all shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Corvino will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Corvino at the Customer's expense. In this case, Corvino will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
