TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS Purchasing from Corvino is a simple and secure operation. The Customer must view the collections, choose the product, and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to Corvino's exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping will become a unique experience. To browse the proposals, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products from the main Italian and international brands offered by Corvino. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet with information on the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

With ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site, awaiting order confirmation. At any time, you can add new purchases or, using the DELETE ITEM function, remove selected items. Clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link shows the prices of individual purchased items and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed. Thanks to the WISHLIST function, you can create a list of your favorite items while shopping, which will be stored in a reserved space, with the possibility of reviewing them whenever you wish. Once you have made your choice, simply add the selected items directly to the cart. 

With SUBMIT ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a Corvino Customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If this is your first visit to the Corvino online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link) to enter the data necessary for purchase and shipment. Once registration is complete, the system will store the information, and the Customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.

Products purchased on Corvino are sold directly by Corvino.

Our commercial policy
1. Corvino offers products for sale on Corvino and conducts its e-commerce business exclusively with its end-users who are "consumers."
2. When we refer to "consumer," we mean any natural person acting on Corvino for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer," we invite you to refrain from conducting commercial transactions on Corvino.
3. In consideration of its commercial policy, Corvino reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or, in any case, orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Terms of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, submission, and acceptance of product purchase orders on Corvino between Corvino users.
5. The General Terms of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than Corvino who are present on Corvino through links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
6. Corvino reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation will be followed by a full refund of the amount spent; the refund will be made using the same method as the order payment.

Guarantees and product price indications
1. Only luxury and top-quality branded products are offered for sale on Corvino. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers for their rigorous quality controls. Corvino obtains its products through current collaborations with Luxury Boutiques located exclusively in Italy, thanks to consolidated direct relationships (all authorized retailers).

The goods offered for sale on the Corvino website are not obtained exclusively from the brand owners but from authorized retailers. Corvino declares that it is not an authorized retailer or agent of the brands sold on the website. All trademarks mentioned on the website are registered trademarks of their respective owners, who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of such trademarks on the website does not suggest or imply that their respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the website itself. Most of the trademarks present on the website and referring to products for sale on Corvino are famous trademarks well-known to the general public and to every Corvino user.

2. Corvino does not sell used, irregular, or inferior quality products compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Corvino within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Corvino may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please ensure you check the final selling price before submitting the relevant order form. The variation in the selling price, whether increasing or decreasing, is our sole discretion and may occur even a few seconds after you close the order.
5. Corvino, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are without their labels or security seals, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged.
6. As it is a catalog comparable by law to mail-order sales, Corvino reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be reimbursed for all expenses incurred.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available throughout Italy.

Corvino ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via GLS/DHL express courier service. All goods shipped by Corvino are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Corvino will include the invoice in the package (or via email if requested), detailing the prices of the purchased items.

FREE INSURANCE

Corvino is covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the moment of goods delivery.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All regularly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Corvino, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Tuesday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Corvino offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by GLS / DHL. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the tracking number provided by DHL, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in real-time in the "My Account" section of the website.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is expected within 24h from the order. Delivery is expected within 1/3 working days from shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is expected within 3-5 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is expected within 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon delivery of the goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS or DHL Office and to Corvino, by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Corvino will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Corvino at the Customer's expense. In this case, Corvino will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MARKED WITH A SALES TAG (BRAND-MODEL-PRICE) AND A SECURITY SEAL (PRODUCT INTEGRITY AND CHECK BEFORE SHIPPING) - THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE WORN EXCEPT FOR A TRY-ON AND WITHOUT CUTTING OR REMOVING THE TAG AND CORVINBOUTIQUE SEALS IN ANY WAY - IN CASE OF REMOVAL OF THE TAG AND SEAL, ANY RETURN OR REFUND WILL BE REFUSED. IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CONTEST THE RETURN IN ANY WAY!
