In case of credit card payment, essential information for the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the responsible entity or, if applicable, to fraud control companies, via encrypted protocol, without third parties being able to access it in any way. However, this information will never be viewed or stored by the seller (CORHABEO S.R.L.).
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as provided for by art. 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. CORHABEO S.R.L. adopts all security measures provided by the Privacy Code to protect the collected data, in order to prevent the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illicit and incorrect use. However, CORHABEO S.R.L. cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of data by devices belonging to the user. For this reason, we suggest to site users to ensure that their computer is equipped with adequate software for the protection of data transmission over the network (e.g. updated antivirus) and that their Internet Provider has adopted suitable measures for the security of data transmission over the network.
Users can exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same provision, the user may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose, in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Through the same contact, the user may also request the updated list of all data processors appointed by the controller.
The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, with the exception of cases where there is a just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to a violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the purposes for which they were collected.
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by informing users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page frequently, referring to the date of last modification indicated at the end of the document. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy, you may request the data controller to delete your personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that point.
