Returns

Corvino aims to guarantee its Customers complete satisfaction, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.

Returns must necessarily be authorized by our service only via WhatsApp at +39 3518919711, which will authorize and review photos of the products to be returned pre-return. The return must be made at the Customer's expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and have never been used.

RETURN CONDITIONS (14 days)

To send one or more returns to Corvino, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items sold on the Corvino website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment by a single-use security seal with the Corvino logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal (perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with a thread, or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole) AND SALES TAGS indicating the brand model and price. Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - Returned items must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way. THEY SHOULD ONLY BE WORN FOR TRY-ON!
C) - Items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be properly packaged and wrapped. THE COST OF RETURN FOR DISSATISFACTION OR OTHER REASONS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must be intact and must not be removed from the item under any circumstances.
E) - The merchandise to be returned must be physically delivered to the courier of your choice no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) - Customers who wish to make a size, color, or item exchange, must initiate the return procedure and contact our online shop only via WhatsApp (WhatsApp ++39 3518919711).
G) - Returns of intimate apparel and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, Corvino reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to send it back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [contact_email_returns] within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The email must specify the codes of the items intended for return. Once the return request is received, Corvino's customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping cost will be borne by the Customer.
Ship the package to Corvino shipping office Via Tenente Falco 4. Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Corvino is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delayed delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type.
All returned items will be inspected by the Corvino staff, who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Corvino reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.

REFUND FOR RETURNS:

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The due refund will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal) or bank transfer, and other payment methods used.

Return Rules

Products purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of order receipt, provided that the items are in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with intact labels, and in their original packaging.

Refund Method

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued exclusively for the value of the returned product, net of shipping costs incurred for sending the order to the customer.

📦 Initial shipping costs (outbound) are non-refundable.

✉️ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase or specific promotions.

The refund for an order in case of return will only be for the cost of the product, net of the outbound shipping costs incurred. (Example order #1180. PRODUCT: t-shirt xxxx price €150.00 + shipping €10.99 - in case of return, the customer will only receive a refund of €150.00. Under NO circumstances will the outbound shipping costs incurred be refunded).
